About me
Leader, change consultant and advocate for inclusive workplaces
I’m an experienced senior leader with over 30 years’ experience delivering complex organisational change and building high-performing Business Analysis functions.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director of a successful consultancy, I spent two decades leading strategy and transformation across leading corporate and public sector organisations. My work combined analytical rigour with a passion for developing people; from early-career professionals to senior leaders.
Alongside my consultancy career, I’ve served on the boards of several national charities and chaired committees focused on governance, performance, and membership standards. This experience has deepened my understanding of leadership, inclusion and organisational development across sectors.
In 2025, after 20 years running my own business, I transitioned to focus on coaching, consultancy and research bringing together my experience in leadership, psychology and women’s wellbeing.
